The current structure of MEPHI is made up of the Trustees, Governing Board, and the Secretariat. The Secretariat comprises of the Management Team and Staff.

The Secretariat
The Secretariat is the administrative and coordinating center of the organisation. It is made up of the Management Team and Staff and supervised by the coordinator in accordance with the aims and objectives of MEPHI.
The Management Team
The Management Team is made up of the Coordinator, the Directors, the Program Manager, and the Senior Program Manager. Its task is to provide overall direction for the effective management of the organization.
